Abstract
Decision-making information often has uncertainty because of inaccurate estimate and survey error. This causes the quantification of information to appear in the form of intervals. To solve the multiple attribute decision-making issues of interval number, a new method based on fuzzy theory is put forward. On the basis of this method, different schemes of the water resources allocation in a certain city in 2010 are assessed and optimal selected.
