Research on Company Environment Information Management and Risk Evaluation

From the definition of risk assessment to such three contents related closely to environment risk assessment as assessment factors, risk assessment and risk management, this paper make an intensive study of environment risk assessment in a company´s strategy management, and lay heavy stress on the environmental management elements and the standards for information disclosure, the environment risk assessment, and the environment information management. Finally putting forward my viewpoints to deal with these issues.
