Neo Resource Theory Under Complexity Science Management

After sorting and reviewing different schools of resource theory, the authors of this article proceeds with a neo resource theory from the perspective of complexity science management. According to this theory, there are tangible resources co-existing with intangible ones, which could be created. The exploration and utilization of resources are a complicated process. In complex conditions, intangible resources can play a more important and decisive role. Ideology serves as the nucleus factor for resources concept. Intangible resources are under development and inexhaustible. The authors also elaborates on some crucial intangible resources.
