Abstract :
Recently green manufacturing has received more and more concerns from the entire world as a model with potential of continuous development. Manufacturing green product (MGP) is a product that can satisfy consumer, enterprise, environment and society. Its lifecycle is being characterized by its obvious technicality, economization and circumstance-friendliness. Evaluation of MGP is the prerequisite for carrying on green manufacturing effectively, making decisions in developing new green products and optimizing design process. Based on the system-required analysis, we herein provide an overall design scheme for MGP evaluation system which utilizes mixed mode of B/S&C/S. Our work lays emphases on the design concept, system function, the workflow of system and the design of database & knowledge. Moreover, evaluation system of MGP has been developed by utilizing visual programming language Visual Basic2005 and senior mathematics operation tool Matlab7.0, and taking the Access database as a connecting bridge. This software system may effectively complete the evaluation of MGP.
