The Influence of Management Support on Enterprise´s Information System (IS) Successful Implementation: Based on Method of Field Interview

Management support is one of critical factors influencing information systems´ implementation success. Examining the relationship with management support and IS successful implementation, the paper illustrates that management support fosters enterprise´s managers to institute and develop high-quality implementation polices and practices. These policies and practices engender a positive climate for IS implementation, which leads in turn to implementation success. A research method of field interview is employed to show that management support has the pivotal impact on information systems´ implementation success.
