  • Abstract
    Inadequate motivation is the crux of low technological innovation level and low effect for Chinese information service enterprises, while to accurately identify the motivation sources for technological innovation of information service enterprises is the premise of resolving the problem of inadequate innovation motivation. Based the empirical study relating to the motivation of Chinese information service enterprises for technological innovation and through the Factor Analysis, the Paper observed that the technological innovation of information service enterprises include five factors of motivation source: leadership of government and enterprise, corporate value and culture, interest pursuit, market environment and technological promotion. With the variance analysis, the Paper also compared the differences of these factors in terms of enterprise type and property nature. Finally, the Paper presented the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the inadequate motivation of Chinese information service enterprises for technological innovation.
