Strategic thinking on multi-level construction of China´s basic industry intellectual property information service platform

This paper firstly introduced the importance of intellectual property information service industry development to implementation of China´s intellectual property strategy. Secondly, by contrasting the United States, Japan, Europe and other developed countries, the paper analyzed the status and the gap of China´s intellectual property information construction, and then discussed the objectives, principles and tasks of basic industry intellectual property information service platform. At last, this paper purposefully proposed the measures and suggestions on strengthening basic industry intellectual property information service platform.
