Abstract

The paper focuses on the evaluation of the development situation of commercial service industry in Beijing. First, the evaluation indexes are established, and the grey correlation method is used to analyze the correlation degree on the commercial service industry indexes. Then, the elastic coefficient model of commercial service industry in Beijing is established to compare the development level of commercial service industry with economic level and residents´ consumption demand. Finally, the method using three layers BP Network to forecast the development trend of commercial service industry in Beijing is introduced, some recommendations to the development of commercial service industry are also given.
