Abstract
With the popularity of teamwork, knowledge embedded in team becomes an important competitive advantage of many organizations. This paper tested the influence of team goal orientation and justice climate on team learning behavior. Results demonstrate that collective learning goal orientation and justice climate are effective predicators of team learning. Collective learning goal orientation affects teampsilas motivation to learn, team justice climate affects memberspsila mutual trust. Teampsilas motivation to learn and collective felt trust are positively related to team learning behavior such as seeking feedback, knowledge sharing, and learning from errors.
