  • Abstract
    It is very important for organizations to improve their learning and innovative abilities in the complex and changing environment now. This paper looks back on the related theories, and offers a realizing model of organizational learning. Based on the analyses of the realizing model of organizational learning, and linked with the practice of learning organization building in Baogang Corp., this paper studies the application of the realizing model of organizational learning. In the last, this paper points out that the application of the realizing model of organizational learning can realize sustainable learning in organizations, and it has certain values in theory and practice.
