  • Abstract
Organizational knowledge conversion (OKC) has become the focus of organization strain capacity and innovation ability during the globalization of economy. Meanwhile, the core process of OKC is still a big challenge of the modern classic theory (SECI framework). In this paper, we put forward a knowledge fermentation model (KFM) referring to the bionics principle, and extended the SECI framework of OKC based on KFM. Further, the detailed fermentation process of OKC is systematically analyzed via four "bars": socialization "bar", externalization ldquobarrdquo, combination ldquobarrdquo and internalization "bar". Finally, we pointed out the direction and contents of followed-up researches. The results of this study may offer an important direction to the theory of OKF.
