  • Abstract
    Along with the development of information technology, as well as the commercial activities electronization and the cross-domain communication in the whole world have played more and more important role in the course of the E-commerce development nowadays. Whether society credit mechanism can let consumer relievedly enjoy and purchase the things on the net, and enjoy the reasonable after-sales service, and rather than worry about the goods¿ quality before receiving the commodities in question, or hold a question whether the quality of goods can be guaranteed and kept maintenance; Moreover, whether the conveyance aspect of goods can satisfy the consumer, especially in receiving the product timely, safely, and conveniently. All sorts of uncertain factors lead many potential consumers to hesitate when facing a E-commerce business, but wait and see and dare not try to do anything. The article mainly discusses the factors of credit mechanism which restrict the development of E-commerce. The author analyses the credit loss exists in current E-commerce and attempts to seek for solutions accordingly.
