Abstract

Institutes and colleges needs keep exploring the way of talents foster about information science and put it into practice, as the strategy of innovative country-oriented construction and the development of state informationize. In this paper, we analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by the strategy is analyzed, the process and results of practices is summarized according to the practical work, and some thinking is expound in fostering talents about information science at the same time.
