Abstract :
Current resource and service is simple without integrative design. This paper introduces the needs of network learning in information age and service development, illustrates advantages of Web-based subject resource and service of university libraries, analyzes the necessity of Web-based subject learning platform (WSLP) construction, explains the components of WSLP and function characteristics, reports on the analysis of problems in WSLP construction and proposes relevant solutions.
