Abstract
Prospecting line profile map is one of the most basic maps in the geological report. Traditional way to draw prospecting line profile map is less efficient , and difficult to revise and the calculating amount is heavy. The technology of computer-aided drawing of the prospecting line profile map can improve efficiency and quality effectively, realize the data sharing, and make storing and keeping more convenient. According to theory and thought of point-source information system, this article prepare to design a module of automatic composing and drawing of prospecting line profile map on the basis of formers study. We use object-oriented technology, computer graphics technology, database technology and software design and develop technology in this study. Hope to provide convenient and effective tools for the geologist, to change the tedious way of drawing maps by hand, improve efficiency and quality of the work greatly, and advance the process of informalization of geological and mineral resources works and digital land construction.
