Abstract :
An image denoising method based on SVC aiming at Salt and Pepper noise is presented in this paper. The pixel points are marked as signal, possible positive noise and the possible negative noise using local statistical characteristics. In the last two categories, we use iterating SVC on the gray value of pixels and deal it with Multi-window filtering. Thus, the position of the noise could be located and the noise could be removed. Simulation show that the method proposed in this paper has a very good effect on image noise achieving 70%, especially it has a better effect on the detail preserving.
