  • Abstract
    Towing machine plays an important and key role in building cable network. However most of employed equipment that mainly depends on importation at present is unable to meet the requirement of building cable networks completely because of the limitation of running function. So it is very important to design a new type self-driven towing machine integrated towing and running function to solve the problem of swiftly orienting and transporting. In this paper the key technology of the new type self-driven equipment is elucidated and analysed. The intercoordination method among parameters of power supply and two executive components of function iteratively has been applied to determine the parameters and structural dimensions of engine, main oil pump and main hydraulic components. Based on the results of calculation using intercoordination method, the optimum selection of parameters and dimension of main components have been accomplished to obtain on the condition of maximum of work efficiency of power supply. At the same time the design of new type self-driven towing machine has achieved integration towing and driving.
