Abstract :
This paper presents an optimization method of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor based on the coupled of the field computation and magnet path computation. For the high speed permanent magnet electrical spindle, the performance of the flux-weakening is related to the electrical spindle speed. Therefore, the paper analyzes the rotor magnet forms and the influence of interior permanent magnet structure parameter to the weakening-field using the method of the magnet path computation and field computation, presents a optimization design procedure for designing the high speed permanent magnet electrical spindle.
