Abstract
In this paper, a rare earth permanent magnet DC coreless motor CAD system is programmed through C++ Builder 6.0. According to design method, the program flow chart is established. Based on the flow chart, the CAD system is programmed. This CAD system which bases on engineering database and runs on the platform of Windows is modularized and opening. The CAD system gathers functions of motor design, performance characteristic, structure image, material database, report print and so on. With a friendly interface, this CAD system can effectively complete the design of DC coreless motor. In this paper, the framework of the CAD software is introduced, and some important technique such as database, graphics and so on are deeply studied. Some effective solutions of the difficulties are proposed and some programming codes are also provided. Through comparing the data of the CAD system and the test data, it proves the veracity of the CAD system.
