Abstract
The work presents a study of the quantification of the parameterspsila variation caused by applying interleaving techniques in high-frequency transformers. The paper concerns prediction of the effect of interleaving techniques between different layers (interlayer )and in the same layer (intra-layer). Two coefficients had been obtained to respectively show the variation rule of AC resistance and leakage inductance corresponding different conductor arrangements. The validity of this method is analyzed. The proposed method enables transformer parameters for each winding strategy to be predicted using a simple calculation. It provides a useful method for preliminary design of high-frequency transformer winding.
