From EMC to relaiblity and functional system safety

As we have seen, it still difficult to include EMC in the classical reliablity process. This explains why, that until now, the two domains where not really linked. But it´s a necessity to merge the two tasks, because in both cases, the customer impact and its gravity are the common inputs in the risk level computation.
