Abstract
This paper studies the dynamic behavior of team cooperation in the situation where team members may have biased belief about their contribution to team performance. The dynamic behavior in the building of mutual trust and negotiated mutually agreed actions may lead to efficient team performance despite significant biases. This dynamic process is studied via mathematical analysis and simulation.
