Abstract
Given a stable nominal system matrix A, let some of the matrix coefficients aij be perturbed by unknown but bounded amounts ¿aij . Sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the stability of the perturbed matrix under any combination of coefficient perturbations in the specified range.
