Abstract
A new technique for designing dyadic controllers is established. By the use of the recently established matrix partial fraction expansion formula, the dyadic transformation matrÃces are naturally formed. A direct interpretation of the parameters of the dyadic transformation matrices via the residue matrices becomes possible.
