Abstract
By using Lyapunov method, a sufficient condition for linear time-varying systems to be stable under the perturbation of parameters is presented. Based on this condition, a computational algorithm using nonlinear programming is proposed for finding a perturbation region of parameters that does not affect the stability of the system. This method gives larger petrurbation region of parameters than the other reported results.
