Abstract :
This paper presents hybrid opto-electronic systems for fast algebraic signal operations, such as those encountered in robot control. There are discussed in more detail: matrix - vector multiplication, matrix - matrix multiplication, and calculation of polynominals. An original approach based on magneto-optic technology is presented.
