Abstract
Researchers are often interested in solving control problems which are constrained to use only the available outputs. Unfortunately the design of such controllers often leads to difficult non-linear two-point boundary-value problems which must be solved in order to optimize the gains. In the problems considered here, we are able to avoid that design difficulty. This paper extends the continuous version of feedforward gain control considered in [3] to a discrete setting.
