Abstract
Bayesian theory has limitations when applied to situations in which behavior is purposeful, not stochastic. An alternative is to apply Shafer-Dempster credibility theory. This paper shows how credibility theory might be applied to the problem using combined methods to perform Identification Friend or Foe.
