Abstract :
Even though there is many test method of wireless system because of various wireless communication standards, the mainly existing test method uses to test in RF only. This thesis proposes a new method that making a system to find the debugging point at each part which are RF, IF and BB. This thesis mainly investigates the techniques that are believed to be key issues in test method for wireless system.
