Abstract
With the further marketization of Chinese economy, the competitions among construction enterprises have become stronger and stronger, which leads to that each of the construction enterprises must has his own core competition. This paper tries to find out the main competitive elements of construction enterprises in accordance with features of their core competition. In addition, the prominent competitive elements of them are analyzed based on ISM through which a multilevel hierarchical structure model can be seen clearly but not the complicated and confused relations between different elements. In accordance with that model, how the core competition of construction enterprise is formed can be analyzed strategically, by which construction enterprises are able to nurture the associated abilities with a focus and specifically, so that the core competition of construction enterprise can be developed further.
