  • Abstract
    Based on the 3D visualization technique, a visualization system of excavation was developed to display dynamic excavation warning status clearly, which proved the techniques successful and also useful for the decision-makers to get the information about the excavation and keep the excavation in safe status. With regard to the actual data of a monitoring project, the system was applied for the forecasting the danger status of excavation. It was shown that the system is effective and necessary for the excavation.
