  • Abstract
    The diversity of tools under Web 2.0 environments has promoted the change of the construction mode of Web-based learning community. This paper has analyzed the elements of Web-based learning community and illustrated the process mode of its construction. Moreover, the paper has put forward the model of Web-based learning community construction under Web 2.0 environment and discussed the advantages for the model constructing the community and the interactive method of internal members.
