Analysis and Application for Virtual Learning Community

With the rapid development of informational technology, virtual community has played an important role in the progress of informational education. But on whatpsilas virtual learning community, there are many viewpoints. Someone thinks itpsilas a learning environment; someone regards it as a learning tool and so on. Based on the research existed, this article restudies the virtual learning community from the visual angle of sociology, technology, educational psychology, social culture and gives an example lastly so that we can deeply understand it.
