Abstract
Climate for innovation is an important factor for organizational innovation. On the basis of our prior research which indicated that organizational innovative climate in china include seven dimensions, such as working environment, organizational support, organizational vision, leadership support, team support, resources, learning growth and knowledge & skill, we use survey research to explored the difference of organizational climate for innovation in the innovation-oriented enterprises with different market share. The results suggested that there are significant differences among different relative market share enterprises groups in seven dimensions of climate for innovation. The conclusion will help us understand the status quo of organizational climate for innovation in China better.
