Abstract :
The construction approach is the theoretical basis of the technology of virtual reality (VR) in educational application. Therefore, at first we introduce the main ideas of the construction approach and cognitive theory. Accordingly, on the basis of the major characteristics of VR and from the perspectives of cognitive and constructive theories, we argue about the application of VR in education.
