Abstract :
The project management is the important branch under the management science, it specialized the most important teaching profession that is quality of teaching, which has formed this article. This article unifies the project management talented person´s knowledge level which full scale development request, and considers that after this college major come on the line post, the undergraduate course stage´s quality of teaching was not only deciding the school prestige, but also deciding them for the social service level. Therefore, this article gave the necessity of the proof project management and put forward several proposals to improve the quality of teaching.
