Abstract

Web-based education resources management should take the needs of learners as the prerequisite, take the outstanding management theory as a guide, and take advanced information technology as a support, following the technological specification published by the government, and achieves rational utilization and management of resources. The paper expounds the present situation and the existing problems of Web-based education resources management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions based on analyzing the nature of the problems.
