Abstract :
New communications systems demand a better understanding of the spatial behaviour of propagation channels. For that purpose, we have designed a new OFDM-MIMO testbed with an antenna positioning system for carrying out measurements campaigns in several environments in order to properly characterize the directional properties of wideband channel. Some combined diversity schemes can be used for better understanding of the spatial behaviour of propagation channel. For that purpose, we have designed a new OFDM-MIMO testbed with an antenna positioning system for carrying out measurements campaigns in several environments in order to properly characterize the directional properties of the propagation channel.
