Abstract
The present paper reports a learning method in e-learning environment. An increasing number of students in higher education institutions are considering or have started developing e-learning technology. Researchers designed a mentor-based learning model. It is intended to solve the problem of lack of teaching resources and to address the needs of students learning personality.
