Abstract :
To the risks of technological innovation, risk evaluation index system is set up, and the comprehensive evaluation model is introduced in this paper. The weight of each risk factor influencing technological innovation in the model has been objectively calculated by using improved genetic algorithm . A practical example shows that this method can obtain the optimum scheme and provide the scientific decision basis for investor and administrator of technological innovation.
