  • Abstract
    The PROFIBUS transmission time delay property has been studied. Based on the PROFIBUS simplified message transmission time delay formulas, one of the important aspects that influences message transmission time delay - frame transmission time, were analyzed. PROFIBUS frame transmission time mathematical model was proposed. The structure of PROFIBUS frame transmission time was analyzed and the parameters which influence frame transmission time were given. The correctness of the mathematical model has been validated by the simulation. The study of this domain may process certain value for promoting the application and theoretical study of PROFIBUS.
