Abstract
The dielectric property of qusicntinuous plant tissue is studied using broad frequency impedance technology. The change of permittivity following the frequency of alternation electric field in the Potato tissue is measured within the frequency range from100 KHz to 25 MHz. By analyzing the experimental data a conclusion is drawn as follows: The permittivity of the same thickness potato tissue is whole minishing at the 1V work tension; while permittivity is increasing with the thickness at the same frequency and three minimal values of permittivity for each thickness are occurred. The frequency for each minimal value of permittivity is almost no change along with the increasing of thickness.
