  • Abstract
    An evaluation index system of the circular economy development level is established in this paper based on the full analysis of existing factors. And then, a new soft cluster method of GA-ISODATA is employed to analyze the circular economy development level of 31 regions in China. The result is that the 31 regions of China are classified in three groups: best, better and general. In general, regions in eastern areas and/or in central areas have higher development level of circular economy.
