Abstract
This paper integrates the power limit and the interference limit on capacity of CDMA systems, and derives the equations by which the capacity of a CDMA system can be calculated using key system parameters. Then it discusses the relationship between system capacity and link margin, and designs the link parameters with a trade-off capacity and key parameters on-board.
