Abstract
With the severe shortage of agricultural water resources, the model of integrated controlling surface water and ground water has been designed based on the greatest economic benefit. In terms of the crop subsystem, the dynamic planning model was designed in the condition of single crop irrigated inadequately, based on the function between crops and water irrigation. As for the whole region, linear planning model was designed between different kinds of crops on the water allocation. This model was verified by Chinese national programs for high technology research and development (national 863 project) demonstration area in Weihai, Shandong province.
