Abstract :
This paper introduces an imaging inspecting system used in salt-film pulling machine to avoid film perforation malfunction. Imaging measuring circuit with linear CCD TCP1206 as inspecting camera is constructed. Perforation inspection precision, inspection rate and image borderline check were probed into. App effect shows, the system can achieve diameter 0.954 mm PVC salt-film perforation failure inspection precision and 0.4416 m/s inspection rate in on-line machining.
