Abstract :
The 300MN hydraulic die press is our country national defense and the infrastructure essential equipment, it is equipped with the synchronism-balancing control system, it is very important in improving the process precision of the product, ameliorating the force standing state of the die forging press frame, and extending the life of the die forging press body and the moulds. In this paper, through establishing the mathematical model of synchronism-balancing to analyze the factors affecting control system, and optimized.
