Abstract :
Wood drying is an important part to safeguard and improve wood quality, reduce wood loss and enhance utilization efficiency, and also itpsilas a complex strong coupling, nonlinear dynamic system. This paper takes the microwave vacuum drying (MVD) kiln as the object, utilizes the fuzzy control principle to develop one kind of fuzzy controller for the microwave vacuum wood drying through analyzing the process. The simulation test indicates that this system may enhance the entire microwave vacuum wood drying system control precision and working efficiency, and itpsilas an effective method to realize automatic control in the wood drying process.
