Abstract
The speed of adaptation of information systems is generally considered as being determinant for business competitiveness, especially for the small business. Information systems are built on the constraints of the legacy system and generate constraints for the future. So the evolution of the information system is indispensable and it should be responding to the need to run business effectively and efficiently.
