Abstract
A new approach of determining the permissible capacity of grid-connected distributed generation in a distribution feeder is proposed. The method takes the existing operation profile of a power system into consideration, and the outcomes of real systems correspond with practical scenarios. These test results support the method for DG capacity validation that is considered.
